Meet Dr. Trevor Frideres
Proudly Serving the Sisters Community
For Dr. Trevor Frideres, practicing dentistry is a calling as well as a career. He genuinely enjoys getting to know the people who sit in his chair, and many of the patients he's treated over the years have become friends. Being a part of the Sisters community means as much to him as the work itself.
Dr. Frideres grew up in Helena, MT, surrounded by mountains and wide-open spaces that instilled a lifelong love of the outdoors. He studied at Montana State University, earning degrees in cell biology and neuroscience. His path eventually led him to Oregon, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University and planted roots in the Pacific Northwest near family.
After graduation, Dr. Frideres served rural communities in Washington as a National Health Service Corps Scholar. This experience deepened his commitment to accessible, patient-centered care. He later joined a private practice in central Oregon before realizing his long-held goal of owning his own practice at Sisters Dental.
Dr. Frideres stays current in his field through active membership in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association, and the Central Oregon Dental Society.
Outside the office, you're likely to find him telemark skiing or playing ice hockey in winter, fishing and rafting in the summer, or hiking and camping with his wife Kylie.
